The "Paws Around The Fountain" "Pet Adopt-A-Thon" will take place on Sunday, April 11th from 10:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. in Fountain Park.

40+ animal rescue groups will be presenting animals for adoption, along with microchipping, pony rides and a children's petting zoo.

DJ - Cactus Jack Combs will be playing the "Oldies" and there will be numerous raffle prizes and the admission is free.

Low cost spay/neuter surgeries available day of the event performed by Healing Hearts from 7:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. Call 480-772-9502 to schedule an appointment.

The mobile surgical unit will be behind Fountain Plaza in the Fountain Park parking lot off El Lago Blvd.

The guest speaker will be Dr. Daphne Phillips, who will be discussing the effects of stroke on memory and strategies for coping with post stroke memory loss.
