I have been here at FHCS full-time since January of 2008. My background is that of a Verizon employee (back when it was New York Telephone) from 1987 to 2003. I am very glad to help any of our customers with whatever questions I can answer, and if I don't know the answer, I will ask Jamie or Josh. Thanks to all our customers for your business, and we look forward to seeing you again.

I always end up slamming the door on their face, not the originial intent, but 100% of the time they just won't let you close the door politley. One time one of the kids put his foot in my door preventing me from closing it on him just so he could rattle off the last line of his pitch. Needless to say his foot must have hurt for a couple weeks after. I really feel bad for them because most of them are less fortunate just trying to make a buck. If you get aproached,do like I do and recomend the military or U.S. job corp to them. At least then they will have a future.

With the development of Wi-Fi hot spot finders, (Around 30-40$ usually) This allows mobile hackers to drive around in their cars with laptops scanning for open networks, then immediately gaining acces to your network/computers. If you keep any proprietary work information, banking information, or file that stores your usernames and passwords, then they will have access to it without you even knowing it until it's to late. If you are unsure about your computer or network being secure or not give us a call. It takes only a few minutes to secure it and can give you peace of mind knowing that you are keeping malicious individuals out of your personal affairs.

I recently hopped on board the FHCS team and am happy to say that I will be taking over the majority of the on-site/in-house computer repair work. This will give Jamie the much deserved break that he needs and allow him to focus more on web development.

Just wanted to tell you a little about myself. I've been around computers since I was a kid. Building my first around the age of 13. Became an A+ Certified Computer Technician shortly after. Joined the U.S. ARMY in 2001 where I proudly served for 4 years. Am extremely happy to be back in the field in which I originally studied.

If you ever need any help, I am always here for you. You can post on the forums with pc questions or give us a shout over the phone to ask technical questions or to schedule an apointment. Just keep in mind that we are here for you and will aways do our best to find a solution to you problem. Thank you so much. Looking forward to helping you in the future.

Your tech around the corner.
